  2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

    Enjoy free delivery* on every order across India. Expect delivery within *7-13 working days.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Refunds are available only for products that are damaged, defective, or undelivered*. To initiate a refund, contact us within *7 days of delivery with clear photo proof.

    • Cancellation Fee*: If an order is canceled before dispatch, a *5% fee of the order amount applies.
    • Return Deduction*: For returned orders, a deduction of *₹39 will be made from the refund.
    • Wrong Address Penalty*: If an incorrect address is provided and the customer is unreachable, the order will be canceled with a *₹89 penalty.

    Refunds are processed within 4–7 business days after processing. No refunds for change of mind or misuse.

    • Orders are shipped within 2–4 working days after successful payment.
    • Delivery typically takes 7–13 days across India, depending on location.
    • Tracking details are shared via Email/Telegram/WhatsApp upon dispatch.

    We are not liable for courier delays but will fully support resolving issues. Ensure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays or penalties.
